Meet Frances Chalmers!

Meet Frances Chalmers – a South Carolina real estate associate here at Southeastern Fine Properties. Frances is a lifelong native of Jasper County (South Carolina,) and is 5th generation land steward of the gorgeous South Carolina Lowcountry. Frances brings a dynamic and invaluable skill set to our team of agents.

Having worked in Television and Sales for over 30 years for two of the most prominent local broadcasting stations, she has also been a real estate agent since 2005.

Proudly representing a culture of land stewards thriving amongst the hustle and bustle of a rapidly changing landscape, Frances and her husband of 40 years, Rollen, are well known not just locally but internationally for their work in Heritage Agriculture. Actively participating in the resurgence of Carolina Gold Rice alongside well-known purveyors of Heritage and Heirloom cultivars across the Southeast, they are tirelessly researching several varieties of heirloom fruits, vegetables, and grains as well as food plot management for wildlife.

Southeastern Fine Properties is honored to have Frances’ expertise and knowledge available to our clients. Lastly, having lived and worked in the Lowcountry and the Coastal Empire her entire life, Frances is one of the most knowledgeable and well-connected in the area and will work hard to accomplish your Real Estate needs.
